Collins Insurance Agency in Hoover is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Lines Account Manager to become a part of our organization. You will work hand in hand with the Producers in our Commercial Lines Department. We are a family oriented company that strives to allow each employee to excel and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing of commercial accounts/customers, including direct communication with the insureds and underwriters
• Marketing and rating of new and existing policies
• Filing claims on behalf of our customers
• Maintain and update client information in our computer software

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial lines
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
