Dark Insurance Agency needs YOU!  We are in search of a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager in the area of Lake Martin, Alexander City area to service an established book of commercial customers.  Enjoyable team-oriented and fun work environment!

Primary Duties:

• Service and sales support for established book of Personal Lines customers
• Quotes new Homeowners, Personal Auto, and other Personal Lines amongst several different carrier partners to find insureds the best policy
• Main point of contact for all new and renewal customer accounts
• Fields questions of all kinds dealing with personal lines including coverage, claims, and billing questions
• Processes change of policy requests
• Documents all activity related to a customer/policy in agency management system
• Maintains confidentiality of all customers and agency business accounts
• Gives all new and existing customers a great customer experience with good attitude
• Strives to join a great team environment, but also works independently

Desired Skills:

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs.  
• CISR Designation preferred or agrees to pursue CISR Designation
• Constantly investigating customer accounts for problems or errors
• Able to multitask working several tasks at a time throughout the day
• Possesses strong organizational and technical skills, and is self-motivated
• Demonstrates positive customer service and sales skills.  Must enjoy working with people.

Education/Experience:

• 6 months + years of commercial insurance experience, preferred
• Holds a current Property and Casualty Insurance license or willing to obtain one immediately
• Preferred experience working within the Applied Agency Management system
• College Degree preferred
• Training included from existing personal lines account manager with over 40 years of experience!
