Job Summary:

Marketing and communications coordinator for a fast-growing commercial insurance wholesaler and specialty workers’ compensation program administrator. Responsible for propelling marketing strategies and advertising campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels; focus on AI-driven insights to increase brand awareness; designing and implementing communication strategies for production teams; developing and maintaining relationships with clients and customers; and identifying new products, leads, and opportunities to grow the company. Duties/Responsibilities:

•             Execute traditional and AI-driven marketing strategies, including print, events, and digital campaigns.
•             Develop and manage social media and digital campaigns (email/web), tracking performance and ROI.
•             Collaborate with underwriters to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on appetite, classes, and market opportunities.
•             Responsible for lead development and handoff to production underwriters.
•             Use data analytics and automation tools to optimize campaigns and improve results.
•             Communicate products and markets through in-person, print, and digital channels.
•             Manage agent onboarding and maintain relationships with agents, clients, and carriers.
•             Support industry events, conferences, webinars, and online engagement efforts.
•             Utilizes negotiation and persuasion skills through friendly, professional interactions with customers.
•             Attends industry related meetings, functions and conventions as company representative.

Required Skills/Abilities:  
•             Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•             Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•             Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales/CRM software such as HubSpot.
•             Current on AI tools, marketing trends, and social media best practices.

Education and Experience:
•             Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or business-related field preferred.
•             Insurance industry and/or marketing experience preferred.
