Greenhalgh Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a P&C Insurance License and have worked in Personal Lines. Industry designations and a college degree are a plus. 

This person will be providing service for an established book of personal lines clients as well as working with new clients to grow the personal lines book of business within the agency. A comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines insurance coverages including homeowners, renters, personal automobile, and personal umbrellas will be essential. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer requests
• Advising clients on insurance coverages
• Quoting new and renewal business
• Maintaining client relationships
• Accessing multiple carrier websites
• Working with carrier representatives
• Maintaining electronic client files
• Utilizing our Agency Management System (Applied EPIC)
• Working in a team environment to expand and grow the Personal Lines book of business
